- All of the products you see listed on our website that are orderable are typically in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we would notify you immediately. Orders usually ship within one business day (unless they are a presell item which are clearly marked).

- Some competitors take days to ship (to our amazement, one even takes weeks) the products you ordered. We, on the other hand, ship your order the same day or the next business day. After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

- We do not drop ship items like some competitors do. When you order product, it is shipped out from our warehouse here in Ontario. We stock all of the items that we list for sale on our website.

- Our phone number is located at the bottom of the site, and you may call if you have any questions. At some of our competitors, you will be lucky if you can find a phone number. Our staff is on hand to answer questions 7 days a week 9am-8pm EST. If you call during regular business hours and get our voicemail, please call again as we are sometimes extremely busy and cannot check voicemails.

- We do not use answering services or outside parties to answer our phones. When you call to ask about your order, or have questions regarding our products, a representative from our company will be answering your questions.

- All of our products are new. We do not sell used, returned, refurbished, or damaged merchandise nor do we sell and cheap clones or chinese products like pantec, cooltec, digiwave or the many other cheap products. All of our products are factory sealed and are shipped with the original box, packaging, accessories, and manual.

- We keep all of your personal information private. We do not sell, rent, or give any of your information to any third party. All of your information is kept confidential.
